National Geographic created a live broadcast of a show called Earth Live on July 9th 2017. It featured photographers and videographers all the around the world on location. I created 12 map animations they used on screen during the broadcast. It was a great deep dive into animation and after effects for cartography. Annotations were done by the animation studio Prologue. Below is a clip from Brazil
